How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I never was able to workout at home despite many equipment and tools just tucked away. too tired from work, hungry or distracted once home. Only worked out at gym but cost and lack of time to even get to the gym finally hitting at a crossroads. web search for weight training and weight loss led met to her dvd options.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Just watching her sample video clips get me absolutely pumped up! Love Cathe's teaching style, Excellent production of each DVD, solid training and exercise physiology basis is a winner! This is a no frills, no giltz, no whining training program to get me in the best shape of my life.

P90x, misc yoga, ball, Total Gym etc.
My Fitness Goals
weight loss, strength, cardio endurance, injury prevention, knee recovery and ultimately return to triathlons, long distance cycling and running races again.
