I'm studying for Personal Trainer, I want to increase endurance while reducing fat
My Success Story
In the past 4 years, I have gone from being 5'1", 180 lbs & size 16-18 down to 120 size 2, I was down to size 0, 115 which is not a healthy weight for me. I originally started using Self Magazine monthly challenge & Weight Watchers & have tailored through much reading, gave up the WW, now mostly clean eating & Cathe on FitTV.
