- I'm pretty fit, even though I'm definitely over my BMI, (26) and my clothes have been fitting much more loosely. Weighing myself is always disappointing, so I avoid it, and dieting feels restrictive, so I concentrate on making sure that I eat healthy food so that I don't have room for junk.
