My Success Story
My story is simple
I have worked out since the middle eighties. I have always maintained a healthy weight. Despite eating and drinking what ever I wanted. That all changed in 2000(s). I had a serious knee injury, which put me off my feet for about a year. Also at the time I was working from home , when I did go to the office I was chair bound. This happen to me, a person who got up every morning at 5:30 am. to workout for a hour to usually one of Cathe's videos before driving off to work aroung 6:45 am. I had a hour and fifteeen minute commute to work. During lunch most days I would power walk. I couldn't believe it!! It was like a living nightmare. During rehap from my inquiry I gained about twenty pounds. Laying aroung feeling sorry for myself eating, complaining. I was sick of myself and everyone around me was sick of me too. Slowly I was able to start working out again, but I found it harder to stay motivated. I had gotten lazy fat and older. My job was stressing me out big
