My Success Story
I am a gastric bypass post-op (April 2003). I lost 150 pounds, and while I will never, ever regret having this surgery, I've found that I still didn't feel good about myself until I started working out religiously. I still need to lose about 30 pounds and strengthen my body. Weightloss surgery is a great tool for the morbidly obese person, but it's not the magic fix it's sometimes portrayed to be. It's only one tool... working my body is the other, life-long tool to reach my fitness goals. Cathe's workouts are great - and they can be modified for the beginner, yet still be effective as strength and stamina increases - and she's NEVER BORING!
