When I began doing Cathe Workouts
I officially started using Cathe's workouts when she introduced her 9 pack of DVD's. I've been hooked on Cathe (especially her weight training and kickboxing videos) since then! I had actually tried Body Max before the DVD's came out but the step part was intimidating! ;)

Improved health, body composition, strength and loss of another 10-15 pounds to get down to my more ideal, healthy weight for my age and build. Improved eating habits.
My Success Story
Thanks to Cathe's videos, I did manage to lose 30 lbs. in 2001. She just kept saying, "Don't be afraid to use heavy weights. They do nice things for you in the end." during Pure Strength Legs - and she was right!
