This morning I did RAW 1 Body Part - Arms and had a good workout. I went a bit lighter in weights than I did the last time I did this workout. I probably could have used the same weights but wanted to be cautious. My pinched nerve has been acting up again.

No workout today, I did my stretches instead. Stood a lot this weekend and then I tried to pull weeks in my flower garden and my hip area with the pinched nerve did not like it. I had to stop. So the stretching helped.
Hopefully I'll get a workout of some kind in tomorrow.
