This morning I walked on my treadmill and had a pretty good workout. Reading a really good book so time flew by.
Workout was 40 minutes, burned 285 calories, went 2 miles and did 4579 steps. HR was 123/149.

This morning I did Iron 30 - Arms, Abs and Core. I should have done #28, but it was a glute workout, 29 was a leg workout and I can't even walk right right now. LOL! I walked so much during Saturday's Solo & Ensemble - over 20,000, that I am still quite sore. So I did #30.

This morning I did Iron 27 - Upper Body Superset Circuits. This was tough but I enjoyed it. I only have 3 more in this series to do. I can't believe I stuck with the whole thing. I think I skipped two glute workouts because I just felt it was overkill. I may look into some of her other series...
This morning I did Iron 26 - Leg Circuits. What a great workout, I really enjoyed it. By the third circuit, my legs were rubber.
60/30 - 30 seconds rest between each exercise in the circuit which was nice. I used my bench with 5 risers for the step-ups. Killer!
