I just got 4-DS last Friday and I love it!! I was in heaven when I saw the number of premixes on each disc:eek: When I first started doing Cathe DVD's I just did the featured workout and didn't give much attention to the premixes, but lately I'm a premix addict:eek:, the options are limitless!

I could have written your post! We have XM (actually, a receiver in both cars AND our house), and when I heard the hosts break for the radio audience I was so ticked at myself for not checking to see if the channel was on XM. Oh well, maybe the whole show will be up eventually.

I've searched FoxBusiness' website and the interview hasn't been archived. It doesn't appear that they archive every show, so I hope I can see it. If nothing else I'd love to read a transcript.:)
