This morning I did RWH Low impact HiiT premix first half of one and second half of two, plus core 1. I like mixing them together.

Yesterday was a rest day. I had planned on working out but over slept. :(
So this morning I did RWH plyo premix last half of 2 and last half of 1 right into xtrain legs, standing and ball and chair premix. At the beginning of the standing work my heart rate stayed elevated from the PLYO workout.
This morning I did STS Total body no burn and no abs. I haven't done this workout in a long time. I was able to go heavier with some of the exercises. I can already feel it in my glutes. I hope I can sit tomorrow. ;)
This morning was cardio coach pres play. I did challenge 1 and stay state, on my bike. At the very end I did the relaxation section. A pretty good workout considering I wasn't going to workout today. :)
If it is premix#5 then it is correct. The core exercises are mixed in. If I remember correctly, you do a weight exercise then a blast then a core exercise, throughout the premix.
This morning was XTrain biceps and triceps. I added my own core workout to it. I think with all the heavier lifting from RWH and burnsets I could have gone heavier with some of the tricep work. That's a good thing. :)

This morning was XTrain chest, back, and shoulders. I really like how this one is done.
I've looked at clips of Dasha's workouts and I don't think I could handle all the chatter, even if the workout was great.

Wed. Cardio Coach vol. 2 on my bike
Thurs. Rest day
Today: RWH back,shoulders,biceps 2 sets and finishers. Then I did the lower body circuit premix without blasts.
