    Vacation and STS workout

    Thanks so much for STS, it is everything we hoped for when we ordered it!! We recently started the 3 1/2 month STS program and we are leaving on vacation next week and will miss Mesocycle 1, disk 10, 11, 12. Would it be best to have next week be our recovery week and continue with 10, 11 and 12...
