- Way too many to list. I love fusion workouts, have ATRM DVD's, Dove, P90X, tons of yoga, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Firm......you name it I've probably had it at one time or another.
- My Fitness Goals
- My biggest fitness goal is to be strong and active when I'm in my 70's & 80's. I love how I feel when I work out. I don't care if I don't weigh the same as I did in high school, back then I was too thin, I just want to feel good about myself and motivate others to exercise, eat right and live a long happy life.
