Way too many to list. I love fusion workouts, have ATRM DVD's, Dove, P90X, tons of yoga, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Firm......you name it I've probably had it at one time or another.
My Fitness Goals
My biggest fitness goal is to be strong and active when I'm in my 70's & 80's. I love how I feel when I work out. I don't care if I don't weigh the same as I did in high school, back then I was too thin, I just want to feel good about myself and motivate others to exercise, eat right and live a long happy life.
