- She is like a friend to me - I can put her workout in - and she is always encouraging, inspiring, cheerful, and down to earth. I love that she really knows her stuff - and I love that she cues so well. Every work out I've tried I've totally loved - I just have to modify many things because of my back. Love her!

- I am in my mid 40s and have gained 20 pounds that I cannot seem to lose easily. I keep hoping that some day I can get back into the jeans I could wear 5 years ago. Help! :)
