I just recently started to do Cathe workouts.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I was doing research on C-sections after I had an emergency one to have my daughter. I thought I was going to be fat forever, and then I came across Cathe. I have always seen and admired her on FitTV, now I can join in.

My Fitness Goals
I recently seperated from active duty a month before I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I miss being in shape and REALLY want to get back into my clothes. I remember wearing a size 6 wedding dress the day I got married to the greatest man on earth. I would love to be back in shape and when I am I would love to enlist in the Reserves.

Size Goal: 6-8
Weight Goal: 125lbs
Measurements: 34-26-36
