My Fitness Goals
I want to get below 200 lbs. Being 6'2", I'm not sure what an ideal weight for me is. I guess we'll tackle that when I get closer!
My Success Story
I started out at 334 lbs. By making small changes in my diet, I dropped down to 287 lbs. Now I'm getting serious about my diet and working out. I'm just now getting passionate about nutrition and exercise and can't wait to see where this journey takes me!
