    Active Recovery Week

    I just found a rotation in weekly news letter for shaping up for summer, I've modified the first week of cardio suggestions for my recovery week after MESO 1, starts the 11th of April.

    Can't find a post on this: A beginner asked me, when doing the 6.5 month STS rotation, is there a week off after four weeks as in the 3.5 or do they just keep going, OR do they take a week off in some other spot? I really didn't know the answer, as I'm doing the 3.5 with shock cardio rotation...
