    I’ve been having way too much fun with this sale…. DVD’s - STS 2.0, high step training, ICE DVD set. Plus Pyramid pump (have always been a huge LITE fan) from the December sale + the 4 free downloads with the elevate DVD set. Very happy with results so far from Pyramid pump the downloads...

I was able to approach or even meet my race pace heart rate (I’m also a runner) by increasing the weights. Both Boss Bands workouts, when they came out in 2021, were lifesavers for me...

    When I want to blast away at pure cardio, I load Cathe’s Cardio Hits (power max, Step Fit and Step works) and pick one. Choreography is challenging. I have never lost interest in any of these workouts. It’s to cold, dark and icy to run at present (my usual cardio) but these maintain my fitness...

    PHA2 vs PHA3

    I love PHA2. It’s the gem of the LiTE series, and that’s saying something, LiTE’s a great series of workouts. I’ll probably snag PHA3 on sale, although I see it has the gliders, that’s stopped me before. Not sure how’d they do on my floor surface (textured fake hardwood, if that makes sense.)
