Nicki, great workout yesterday with Cathe Live #590 Fit Upper Body & Core -45 minutes( love that one too) and Perfect 30 Mobility Premix Stretch -20 minutes. Nice long workout!

Nora, equally great workout yesterday with KCM 30MTF- BoxFit- Workout #1 Boxing = 34 Min - w/1 pound egg weights each hand (love those egg weights) and Virtual Active American Northeast Hike (Used as Bike) = 36 Min Good long workout for you as well!

Today's workout:

Blender- "Strong Biceps & Triceps" - 40 min.

No workout planned for the weekend, so hope you all have a good one, and a safe & Happy 4th!

We came back a day early as we brought our eldest DD with us and she was eager to see her BF. She stays with him and we look after her dog :).

Today I did Cathe's live workout from last week - I think. I added on my own warm-up and extended stretch so about 45 minutes in total. I liked this one a lot.

Linda - WTG with your blender workout!
Annette - it's scorching here too. My MIL's air conditioning wasn't working for a couple of days so it was hard to sleep :(
Nicki - what a workout you got in yesterday! - a live and a stretch!
Nora - good job on your cardio workout x 2 :)

Hi ladies,

Came to the gym because it has central air, yay!!

Ended up doing a 96 minute upper body circuit using the back machine with 25 and then 35 pounds on each side, barbell bench press to 80 pounds, shoulder machine with 25 on each side, then incline flyes and press with 12.5 pounds, overhead triceps, and kickbacks with 12.5, concentration curls and wrist curls and hammer curls with 12 5. Seated clean and press with 12.5.

Then the elliptical for 20 minutes and finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Long but good.

We had a great vacation, even managed to see 3 long time college friends and then family on our way home.

Came back to hot,hot,hot!!
