Sorry to about your reflux interrupting your sleep. I'm not sure what treatment at home works for that.

No workout for me today as my knee was hurting and squats and lunges are a no go on right knee and it was a lower body workout planned. I will do cold packs and rest today, so that should help. I'll see
how I feel tomorrow.
