Today's workouts:

Blender- "Total Body Bands" - 36 min.
Blender- " Total LMR Finisher: Chest & Triceps" - 11 min.

That's it for me.

Nora, great long workout yesterday doing XTrain -D4 - Super Cuts = 46 Min and
ICE - LIS - Timesaver #8 Warm Up + Cardio 1 + Blizzard Blast + Stretch = 37 Min Good for you! :)

Today I did RWH chest/shoulders/triceps for 40 minutes. I added on my own stretch at the end.

Linda - I just never do Cathe's band workouts. How do you feel afterwards?

Nice workout this AM, Siobhan-RWH chest/shoulders/triceps for 40 minutes. Sounds good to me! :)

I just never do Cathe's band workouts. How do you feel afterwards?
I have been enjoying bands only workouts lately.....Of course, being a blender, I use them all sometimes,
tubing, f/w loop, fabric band & loop, long flat band. :) Sometimes I stick to just the bands, sometimes just
the loops........just depends.............I like them, especially if something is bothering me, joint-wise, etc.
not quite as hard as weights, but can still get in a workout.

Hi ladies,

Today I found a Nate Bower(I think that's his name) Shadow Boxing workout on YouTube. It was about 43 minutes after I added a stretch. Very good and sweaty workout.

I had on my boxing gloves.

I am experiencing really bad reflux at night which is interrupting my sleep. Not fun nights these days.

Nice workouts ladies.

Great YT workout with a 43 min. Shadow Boxing Workout. I don’t think I could do 43 min of boxing…straight thru.

Thanks for your kind comments on my workout yesterday. I have been dealing on and off with my right knee pain so I'm dialing it back a bit.

Sorry to about your reflux interrupting your sleep. I'm not sure what treatment at home works for that.
Either way, I hope you get some relief & get some rest. Prayers for a restful night, God bless;)

No workout for me today as my knee was hurting and squats and lunges are a no go on right knee and it was a lower body workout planned. I will do cold packs and rest today, so that should help. I'll see
how I feel tomorrow.
