My Saturday morning workout:

Blender- "Balance, Mobility & Strength # 1 - 37 min.

That's it for the weekend.....

Nice workout yesterday, Nora, and great variety with Virtual Active- Alberta Bike -Guided Alberta Rockies = 57 Min
YT- Trainer Hub -Sandbag Workout for Beginners - Full Body Sandbag Circuit= 14 Min & LITE- Extended Stretch #1 = 13 Min.

I took a rest day yesterday. I wasn't feelin' it. Today I did an hour long C&E workout for total body (heavy weights).

Linda - I thought you were referring to a RWH workout. That's such a tough series for me :(
Annette - how's the perm?
Nora - I love DOMS!!!! I couldn't workout yesterday 'cos of them. I should revisit power hour as I used to do it back in the day!

I thought you were referring to a RWH workout.
Yep, those RWH workouts are harder ones. If you haven’t tried that CatheLive,
Chiseled Upper Body Blast, you might like it :)…..it’s on the shorter side, upper body
with a few short cardio blasts.
 
Hey ladies, pretty much a rest day here.

My hair is done (yesterday was my perm) and I am happy. Just needs to relax so it is more natural looking abd more manageable.
