Weekend Check-In Saturday, February 28th & Sunday, March 1st, 2026

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a couple of rest days. I managed a short 35 minute lower body workout of Lite PP LB and Lite Stacked LB (I did my own mash-up). I will stretch now.

Linda - I'm sorry you're having internet issues :(
Nicki - Thank goodness you finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan. You must be so relieved. I'm happy for you :)
