Another fine workout yesterday, Nora! You've been putting together some great combos!
LMRE2 - Elevated Upper Body= 49 Min.
LMRE2- Low Impact Cardio Fusion = 32 Min
Jessica Smith- 5 Mix & Match Miles- Waistline Work = 16 Min WTG!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "MRT Express" - 35 min.
Blender- "Anytime Balance & Coordination Express" - 15 min.

I had my Ortho appointment Tuesday. Finally, a DIAGNOSIS!!!!! I have avascular necrosis - she said it's pretty bad - I told her I guess so- I've been seeing doctors for over a year! So, long story short, I have to have a full hip replacement. She I would feel like a new person! Surgery is scheduled for April 13th. I am so happy! I should be back to working out sometime in May!!

Wow! Nicki, can I ask how old you are since I feel that you are too young to need this but happy you have a diagnosis and plan?

Today was a 78 minute gym circuit consisting of shoulder and leg plus the sled and more shoulders then floorwork with a stretch. Whew!!

I did the shoulder machine and then the incline leg press machine with 1, 45 for press and calves repeated with 2 plates each side . Then I moved to dumbbells for seated clean and press with 12.5 and 10's, same weights for Arnold press. Shoulder press with 10's and 15's but couldn't do as many with 15's.

Then I did the leg extension machine up to 45 pounds I think.

Then I moved to the sled abd decided to try the pull thing with the actual rope and not the strap. So I attached the rope, and went to extend it to its full length. Gals it spread out as long as the artificial turf was long. So I put 1 , 45 plate on and walked to the other end and pulled. Well, the rope had some give in it so my 1st pull didn't even move the sled. So I kept pulling hand over hand and managed to pull the sled to me. Then I piled the rope on top of the sled and pushed it back.

I then added another 45 and extended the rope, then did the same thing ,it was harder but I did it. Again pushed it back. I managed 2 more rounds adding a 25 plate for round 3 and a 10 for round 4. I took the rope off for the last push. That was tougher than I thought it would be. An older gentleman said that I was doing good after just the 1st run.

Then I went into the room I do floorwork in and did bent arm side laterals and front raise with 6 and 7 pound dumbbells. Then I did my floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Plus a stretch, I should feel this workout later, I am sure.

Nora, thank you for the kind words! I will be so excited to work out again. I think I will start with the LMR series and move on to the LMR elevated!

I will be spending some time watching and reviewing the new LMR Elevated and checking out the Cathe Live videos and making a list of the ones I want to do. I may be able to do some light seated upper body as long as no leg action is required. Just too much pain.
