Nice workout Linda!
Today went long 87 minute gym circuit consisting the leg extension machine , then 2 back machines.
Then preloaded barbell for bicep curls doing 12 at 20 pounds, 10 at 30 pounds and 6 at 40 pounds. Then concentration curls using a 17.5 pound dumbbell for 2 sets, then hammer curls with 20's, 25's, 30's, 35's and 40's ( # of reps was 16, 12, 10 ,8, 6). 1 set of hammer with a twist with 17 5. Bicep curl up reverse down with 12.5 pounds. Wrist curls with 12.5 pounds.
Then the sled up to 10 plates since I did 12 yesterday I went lighter today and hopefully on Thursday can go heavy again.
Then the inner thigh machine for 1 set at 55 pounds,
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises.
Nice short stretch.
