Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out the last few days but didn't post (once I leave the basement I don't remember to do it). Wednesday I did a 40 minute bodyweight workout + a 10 minute stretch. Thursday I did a total body KB workout and stretch. Today I did growingananas 35 minutes non-stop cardio. I will stretch now.

Linda - I hope you didn't hurt yourself when you fell :(
Nora - My sincere condolences to you, your DH and family
Annette - No gym. No problem. You always find a good workout to do

Hi ladies,

Today I had high expectations of myself. I wanted to do the whole 90 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo workout, well I made it for 73 minutes and conked out. For the 1st 46 minutes I had on my boxing gloves, but I was losing speed after the break he takes at 58 minutes.

So I am happy with 73 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo for my cardio today.

Still praying for you and your family, Nora and for you Linda. Technically I pray for all of you every day in my morning devotion but if there's something specific then I say an extra prayer for that item.


Nice workouts ladies for those who have already completed their exercise.

I am beat. One day I will make it through the whole thing, just not today.

Siobhan- I understand about sometimes forgetting to post, no worries I've done it too! Great job on all your workouts:

Wednesday- YT- body weight workout= 40 minute + a 10 minute stretch

Annette- Wow! You did Ultimate Taebo and made it through 73 min out of 90 minutes total, phew!! That's braggin' rights in my book. Bravo, that is awesome:)

Well, I didn't get to workout today. We had to tell one of DH's special needs brothers (has autism) and tomorrow is the other brother who has special issues as well. It will be tough but necessary. We'll tell him that the brother that died went to be with the Lord and will be reunited with their mom, dad, grandmother, and other family and friends. Think of it as a celebration & reunion. There is no trouble breathing or moving anymore, just peace and joy. At least I find comfort in that and I hope he does as well.

I do have on my schedule to workout tomorrow, I'll try we'll see how that goes.
