Daily Check-in, Monday, October 27, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 40 minutes Dan the hiit man workout. I will do my own 10 minute stretch. My apologies for not posting my workouts this weekend. I've been working so much and if I don't post immediately after my workout, I seldom remember to post later :( . That said, over the weekend I did a mix of growingananas for 35 minutes and another 2.0 for lower body premix - no repeats - 35 minutes.

Hi ladies,

Today was a weight workout at the gym for 77 minutes give or take. It was chest and back using machines, barbell bench press, dumbbells, and cables. Plus I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a nice stretch. Tried a couple of new to me moves, I have a printout of exercises that I am loosely using.

I see the kidney doctor this afternoon.

Anyway, good job with your 77 min. gym weight workout. As Kelly says in one of her workouts, " A good time
to be had by all!" :)

Too funny Linda, doctor's visit was all positive. My labs were the best they have been in a year. If my numbers continue to improve I can actually not be in kidney disease any more.

I now have an appointment with my foot doctor on Wednesday. My foot that I had surgery on a few years back is bothering me again. Sigh. Can't win.

Anyway see ya tomorrow.

Ladies, apologies for not posting in days. Work consumes me and I need to back off.
Today I did:
Core and Yoga blocks for 25 minutes
STS 2.0 Mobility 1 for 18 minutes.
Leg has been acting up and in a lot of pain. I really felt better after my workout today and the mobility workout. I'm also doing exercises from Hinge Health for my back, leg and wrists.

In the office tomorrow and then to Lowe's to pick out more tile. I ordererd some a month ago and now they tell my contractor they cannot get it. Really!?!? I am so over Lowe's and their customer service. They did the same thing to me when I ordered my refrigerator. After six weeks, they told me they couldn't get it even though they kept setting up delivery dates. Was without a frig for almost 7 weeks. Cancelled with Lowe's and ordered from Home Depot and had it early the next week.
