I loved the workout from the get go. And go back to it and still love it. Everything upper feels fully addressed. It clocks in close to my well worked limit of 45m. The music matches the workout. I like a mix of resistance tubing and dumbbells.Ramped Up Upper Body is one I do not have. What do you especially like about it?
Aesthetically, I love the purple and black outfits to match the steps.
Ooo - I'm glad you described this one. I missed one of my XTrain UB workouts yesterday so looking at just throwing in a complete UB workout as a sub tomorrow. Was going to do one of STS 2.0's UB workouts (which I know I love), but wouldn't mind trying something different.I loved the workout from the get go. And go back to it and still love it. Also love the bonus ab work.
ETA: Also the premixes!! make it easy to add a body part to another workout or create a body part rotation. AND there's a push pull premix.

Dvd: FitTower Glutes & Core
& you don't need a tower, the dip bar will work, as will a chair. Good glute work without heavy weights!
Yup, the dip bars!
Oh, I had the Firm Wave........I think I got rid of it, I'll have to go check!Cathe's Mini Yoga Step Mat also fits PERFECTLY over the FIRM Wave (if you have one of those)
