Thanks for always starting us off Linda!

Today I did more Dan from T&D - back and chest for 36 minutes. I added on a 5 minute LIS CS warm-up for 5 minutes. I did my own stretch.

Nicki - WTG with your long Cathe workout yesterday. Yeah!
Annette - You are a bit of a night owl? I'm in the 5 am club (which means I'm also in the 9pm bedtime club)
Linda - I hope you're sweatin' it up!
Nora - you got in a nice mix of workouts yesterday. You and Linda always have variety in your workouts :)

Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Bodyweight EMOM

Hi ladies,

Yes, since I can't fall asleep easily I am a night owl, never have been a morning person.

Today was an 82 minute gym circuit consisting of chest flye machine and back machine, and dumbbells for chest press (17.5, 20's and 25's), hammer curls with the same weights, concentration curls with the same (and I did a few with 25's), triceps, seated clean and press with 10's, side laterals with 10's, shrugs with 25's and the sled up to 12 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch .


Nice workouts ladies!!

Tomorrow is oral surgery round 2 so probably no workout to speak of.

I was in the office today and too tired when I got home. Working remotely tomorrow so I should be good for a workout at lunch!
