Hey Nicki, thanks for joining me! :). Nice variety today with STS 2.0 Lower Body 1 -53 minutes, STS 2.0 Mobility 1 -20 minutes & Gloved Up and Sweaty Bonus Jump Rope—11 minutes. I love to do that little jump rope bonus with my ropeless. :). If I‘m not
mistaken, Nora uses a Ropeless too. Have a good rest of your weekend.

First time I've done that jump rope bonus and I love it. I think you gave me the name of another one? I forgot to write it down. Can you please share again?

As Linda mentioned I do use Ropeless Jump Ropes, as. Just know that whenever I do a jump rope workout it is always with the Ropeless jump rope, they are so fun and I never trip, LOL!! High fives and bravo on that workout, WTG! Enjoy your evening:)

Nicki, the jump rope & weights workout I mentioned is on YouTube, just search in YouTube for Julie Jones
Ropeless and look for "No Repeats-Total Body & Cardio" it's about 25 min. long. Her workouts are
certainly different from Cathe's, but I really like that particular one. Also, in YouTube, like Nora mentioned,
you can search Phoenix Nation Jump Rope and Jump Rope Dudes, there are tons of them, all different
lengths. Also, I like 2 under CrossRope, again in YouTube, just search "Crossrope jump rope & dumbbells,
one is 6 min. and that is a JR & Biceps focused one, and the other is about 10 min. and is jump rope and
compound moves. I do both of them quite often. Cathe has several Live workouts with jump rope
sections, one is Functional Fitness Circuit, another is Jump to It, and Jab, Jump, Kick Express. There
might be another one, but can't think of it right now.

Nora, thanks for the additional suggestions for the jump ropes! They are on my list now.

Good job with your Chalene workout today. I dug out the ones I have will be doing them after my April rotation.
