ETA : LITE pre-order happened in 2018. At that point dvds were still sold to both national and internationals customers. It is not the case today 2025.

Nope, it wasn't free ... sorry ...your highlight says "as an optional bonus bundle, add on ..." - you paid extra.

Chapters, chapters & more chapters! :)

it is a shame I no longer have access to my account history.
I have always pre-ordered from the first price and bundles.
So it is a freebie!

So for us who purchase series the terms and conditions are slightly different.

Hope it is clear.

FWIW... I ordered the pre-sale (why do I feel like this is the first time I ordered pre-sale... maybe I did do the pre-sale with STS 2.0, as well...)

I'm keeping my order - yes, the four free heavy weight downloads sweetened the deal, and I feel like it's a sort of peace offering to keep people feeling at ease and occupied while they wait for the set to come out.

Given that these are probably going to be filmed and sent out in fairly quick succession, I highly doubt they'll be chaptered. I kinda hope they're filmed in her nice studio and not the LIVE gym, but I guess we'll see!

Anyway, I'm also okay with a risk of this new set not being particularly challenging. (I agree it would be nice if she would give us a comparison, however, but it's not a deal-breaker for me.)

Like others, I don't mind having a nice, big library of workouts at varying levels of difficulty. I can 100% say I've relied on LITE, for instance, to get me back on my fitness path, and won't mind more workouts that are on the lighter side that I can throw in and use either in times of coming off a period of inactivity, or during active recovery weeks. And it'll be nice to have lots more of those lighter workouts to choose from instead of maybe just 5 or so (throwing out a random number).

So, like, if I want HIIT cardio, well, Cathe's got close to 20 workouts to choose from (as an approximate). If I want mobility, she's currently got, like 4-ish (not counting her yoga workouts - which I actually don't care for, with the exception of the one in LMR).

Anyway. That's just me, and I also totally get not wanting to commit, especially if lighter workouts (or the risk of ending up with lighter workouts) just are not your cup of tea.

Like for me - if she did another total cardio series and was vague about whether it would be overflowing with HIIT or if it would be steady state or step or what have you, I'd also not want to jump in on a pre-sale and would prefer to wait until I could review the workouts first after they'd launched to determine if they're ideal for my preferences.

In fact, that's usually how I've purchased Cathe's workouts and sets... way after they were released because I wanted to review them first. I even stayed away from XTrain for a long time because of all the HIIT, but eventually decided to go for it.

But yeah... again... she got me at "four free heavy weight workouts"with this one. lol
