Hi all, I've been working out just not checking in. Let's see, 11.5 bike ride on the old bikes, I did much better not killing myself and my heart rate getting so high (it's called pacing yourself), then I did XT bi/tri, then yesterday I only walked 2.5 miles with the dog, then today ICE CUB and another walk. Jody, so glad you are still with us! Make sure you find us after the new year! Mary, oh gosh no, not in the 90 mph wind, about 30 which was enough! How's the time with the kids? I got ours to make plans in the mountains, we had to dog sit so no bike riding, maybe tomorrow when they are back and hopefully winds aren't too bad.
