Today I did the Piloxing DVD minus the abs and then I did the Dynamic Toning Abdominal segment which was about 21 minutes. The Piloxing DVD is 50 minutes not including the abs.

Oh and this Pilates DVD set is from 1998.

Now I actually have to go to a laundry mat since our washing machine is broken[emoji50] .

Have a great day ladies!

Hi Everyone,

I did not check in yesterday. sorry. was still a bit under the weather. feeling much better now. Today I did 40 minutes of High Step Challenge. I really liked it!

Great workout again Annette and ugh about the washing machine. I mean it's great you get it all done at once - just a drag that the machine broke - especially if there were clothes in there.

See you all tomorrow for a short workout ladies. I notice every december I only get in about 30 minute workouts.

Hey, great work on the pilates this week and on trying out a brand new class with your participants Annette. So creative! Oh, that sucks about the washing machine!
Enjoy the great outdoors Henriette. Hope your body is liking these dance workouts.
Aquagirl, excellent workouts as always. :) Wow, rain hey? You sure you aren't here on the Wet Coast? ;)

I haven't checked in these last couple of days as I am having some immobility with my shoulder, neck and head (hard to type), migraines and now it seems I have the flu. Really got to get in for some electro-acupuncture when I am not contagious as my right shoulder-arm isn't working all that well.

Hope you are on the heal Siobhan. ((take good care)) Oh, just saw you checked in! Hey ......what a workout! Glad you are feeling better. My check-ins in December I am thinking might be more sporadic as well. I will be trying for at least 25-30 minute workouts too, though. :)

Hi girls, Siobhan, I am glad you are on the mend, and Elsie, I hope you feel better soon as well. Tonight I just rode
My bike ( indoors) to a Videocycle workout tour. I "rode around" in British Columbia. :). Have a good evening all.

Hi ladies,

Thursday I was quite active. I started my new job, so I rode my bike to and from the train station, as my new office is next to a train station, so public transport beats being stuck in traffic jams. It’s not uncommon to spend an hour on a 25KM journey during rush hour. L

It felt good to move in the fresh air at the start and end of the day. J Also felt great to be back at my old job. I worked there 2 years ago for 4 years, so most colleagues were familiar. J

Annette – Good job on your classes and workouts. I haven’t done Piloxing in a long time, but it’s another w/o that will have to work. Bummer about your washing machine. I wouldn’t survive long without one!

Siobhan – glad you are on the mend. Tough first w/o after illness!

Elsie – so sorry to hear you are struggling with your health.

Linda - your bike ride sounds very "scenic". Quite different from my ride to and from the station, following loads of other commuters. Rush hour also exists on bike paths in the Netherlands.

Thursday I did a Shine Dance class, but only the first 45min as I ran out of time before having to pick up my son from his training and my legs had had quite the w/o going by bike, public transport and then walking up the stairs at the new office a couple of times. We’re on the 4th floor, so that itself is quite a w/o!

Friday will be rest day as I have a dinner & miniature golf night with my new colleagues.

Have a great Friday.

I "rode around" in British Columbia.
If you ever find yourself here IRL, let's bike the trails!! ;)

Henriette, yes cycling through rush hour is nicer than sitting in a car, I agree! Cycling as transport is popular here as well despite the wet weather much of the time. I live close enough to the train, that I generally just walk there. How was your first day at your new job/employer?
