I'm XTraining this week and am enjoying revisiting the workouts. Haven't done them in a while. I'm doing an alternating rotation this month of ICE-XTrain-LIS-RWH. I was going to do the Level 1 ICE rotation, but found myself missing my heavy weight work which ICE doesn't really cater to like XTrain or RWH. So, I'm finding what I want by rotating between the series. XTrain and RWH provide that heavy lifting I want from time to time, while ICE and LIS are a little lighter on the weights. Realizing again, how great a series XTrain is.
