GETTING IT DONE FOR MAY!!!

Hi Sherry:

Nice job last night! :) I bet you felt a lot better after too.
Great plan on hitting the grocery store instead of the restaurants for meals. You can get some great foods that are ready to eat and healthy too. If you have a small bowl that you can use in the microwave you can get some nice soups that are fantastic from
Amy's Organic Soups. Wolfgang Puck has some awesome ones as well. You don't need to add water to these but just need a travel can opener. ;)

I haven't worked out yet just concentrating on house catch up.

Belinda: How are you doing today? Any DOMS from your recent workouts? :)

No workout to report yet ! Hope I get it in tonight.
Today my plan is JMBR cardio #2 and Jessica "Beach Body Pilate and Breath, Stretch + Relax!

Sherry - you are very welcome! Those workouts are great! Hope you like them as much as I do.

Heidi - can't wait to hear what you think about JM#6/5 workouts, lol. Those are tough ones. Hope you feel better. Take it easy.

sorry for not checking in yesterday. Had a lot to do before the party. The party was a lot of fun, everyone stayed until midnight. LOL! That was really fun!

Heidi - I need to look JM bike workouts out. They sound tough! WTG, girl! So you will do JM#5 today? Can't wait what you think?

Sherry - how are you doing? Hope you got a little down time.

Today I will do JMBR#5 and JM Interval walk.

Belinda: so glad it all turned out yesterday. :) sounds like a greet time for all.

No workout yesterday for I went to my Mom's to take her out for lunch. The rest of the day was helping my dd with her moving things to our house she can't have at her new place.

Today I did something I hadn't done in a while Cardio and weights. Wow! What a sweat fest! Lol!

Good evening!

Company is gone, so now the house can get back to normal. Even the dog seems exhausted from entertaining them. :) Lots of walks, but no other workouts.

Thanks for all the wo links. Think I need to start requesting a hotel room on the first floor to get some of them done. :)

Belinda - sounds like it was a great party and everyone had a wonderful time.

Heidi - How is your mom doing? Is she looking forward to moving into her new place?

Getting ready for another week - school still in session and some travel, so pretty much the norm around here. Hope you have a good one!

My Mom is doing well thank you. It is my DD that is moving into a new place and will be closer to me. :) YEAH! We can get back to our runs together like the old days. :)

Nice job on getting in some time to exercise even if it was just walks. Do you have a plan for this week? I know with all the running around you do it must be difficult for sure.

I just finished JMBR #5. Wow another sweat maker workout. ;) Felt that one good in my shoulders and triceps.

I actually have some DOMS from yesterday's cardio & weights workout. All good and know that I did something different.

Well I guess it is that time again. Shower and work.

I ended up taking a rest day yesterday. I was beat,

Today's workouts: Jessica's " Interval Power Walk/Jog = 35 min "+ "Quick Stretch = 14 min " and "Waistline Work" = 20 min. and JMBR#5 = 35 min.

Heidi - that one is a burner for sure:p WTG!

Sherry - I am still excused from this weekend. Hope you got some rest too?

Today was one of those one day driving trips, exhausted, but I did get in a dog walk here at the end of the day. School is winding down, so I do see a light at the end of the craziness.

Heidi - Great about both your mom & daughter. Embrace those DOMS! And maybe skip any yardwork you might have had planned.

Belinda - I'm sure you enjoyed that rest day. Sounds like you need another one after today's wo's! Way to go!

Rest up - tomorrow's a day to get in some sweat - finally! A run for sure, and maybe a quick total body. Not sure about the rest of the week, yet, but I've got to come up for air sometime.

Today I did a JM cycle workout followed up by JMBR cardio #2! Wow! I feel like a human faucet with the sweat pouring off me! LOL!

Hi all!

Yesterday's run was done today, and it wasn't a good one - maybe 'cause it's been so long since the last one? Argh!

Belinda - Shopping can be quite the wo - especially if there are bags to carry, too! Glad you could spend some fund time with your DD.

Heidi - Did JM work out any of the DOMS for you?

Short today, but schedule still kind of crazy. Catch you gals later!
