Getting it done for April!

Good morning!

Yesterday was an unintended rest day - soccer game for DD was across town and time was not on my side.

So today will be CBS's. DS also has a track meet, but closer to home. And, we may actually have dry weather with sunshine for this athletic event (not seeing that yet this spring).

Belinda - how long is your rotation? Are you seeing results with the change up in wo's?

Heidi - nice run. Been doing most of my runs on the tm due to wet, snowy conditions still.

I did TJ cardio party this morning.

Heidi - great job on your run.

Sherry - the rotation is 4 weeks. Next week I will do a Turbo Jam. Brazil Buttlift Hybrid Rotation 12 week rotation. I am seeing great results. I am down another 5 pounds.

Hi all!

I did get yesterday's wo in - XTrain CBS plus dog walk.

Today was 2 mile interval run plus Med Ball Abs. Note to self - do not do med ball abs the day after intense chest and shoulder work.

Belinda - High five on your weight loss! :D Keep up the great work - exercise and I'm sure eating, too! I'd love to see that rotation and figure if I can substitute Cathe wo's. I need more LB work than I'm doing now - just once a week 'cause I'm using XTrain weights 3 days and running the other 3.

Heidi - Wow, you found the time to do an UBWO and a run in the same day! Way to go! Nice weather already gone. :( Thunderstorms this evening and tomorrow, then cold and rain for the weekend.

I'm tired this evening - maybe cause of the heavier lifting lately? :)

Ty I just had to do a double because I have been slacking big time! ;)

Today was XT cardio leg blast for the first time. LOVED IT! Some of the jumps were hard like AIR JACKS! but got through it. Burned 512 cals on this one!

Hi all!

No wo today - DD's soccer game got moved up to try to beat the storm, and they didn't quite make it. Delays due to thunder and lightening, but it was raining the whole time, so it took a long time. DD played great despite, but the team still lost. All I wanted when we got home was to be warm and dry.

Tomorrow I'm working from home, so fully plan to get in both my Bi's & Tri's as well as a run - which will be on the tm cause it's supposed to keep raining, which should be done by the time DD has yet another soccer game tomorrow night.

Heidi - Cardio Leg Blast is a good one! I've done the cardio only premix, too - that's a killer! DS's team won the track meet - yay! - but why do they have to be so longgggg?

Belinda - Hope you had a good one!

My dog had surgery on his lip and his stomach. He also had his teeth cleacning done. Poor girls

I did XT BS bi/tri yesterday. Oh Man! I am feeling that one today! I am also sore in my lower body. LOL! Not sure what I will do today...maybe just a run and abs. I had planned on TTM but.....

Yesterday I did get in Bi's & Tri's (shortest timesaver) and a dog walk. Not feeling any DOMS - too short maybe? But better than nothign.

Today I got in a 2 mile interval run so far. Still want to get on some Legs later.

Belinda - Hope your dog is doing ok. Poor pup.

Heidi - Was thinking about you yesterday. Will your run be outside? We're all wimping out and going on the tm - temps back down to freezing this a.m. and winds were wipping.

Legs done! Cardio Leg Blast Strength only plus 100 Challenge Hip thrusts then Stab Ball Abs. Maybe not the smartest choice in ab options - glutes were shaking while trying to hold me on the ball!

Sherry: Late last night I did get in my run using R 5.0 10k tempo training. My BP was sad....
I was really tired and had just eaten. NOTE TO SELF NO EATING BEFORE RUNNING! LOL

Nice job on your bi/tri workout. Short and sweet....nothing wrong with that. ;)

Today's workout: Jillian M: Body Revolution Cardio 1. Nice fat burn on that. :) I then finally got in my ab workout I had been planning on. I did STS weights and plates. Wow! With the added ankle/wrist weights I really felt it! :)
Total workout time: 46min

This weeks focus: Mixed circuits from various program. Using BH, JM, Cathe and Z. :) Oh of course added circuits from my w/o buddy's program. :)

Hi all!

Today was a rest day so dog walks and StretchMax - the whole thing. #3 really hit the spot. Glutes not a sore as I expected/hoped.

This weeks goal is to really watch the carbs - especially breads. That's really hard with a house full of runners, which is probably why the scale hasn't moved very much. Will take a lot of willpower. :( Also to keep up with XTrain weights and running. Alll the premixes are really helping to keep me with it cause they work with my time demands.

Heidi - Nice job on your run - getting it in even when it's late. LOL about running right after you ate - never a good idea. :) How do you like JM's Revolution? I think I do better with heavier weights than circuits - we'll see at the end of this month.

Belinda - What did you do today? How is your pup?

Time for sleep and to get energized for the week. Let's make it a good one!

My son 's girlfriend is visiting unto next week. We went to DC yesterday. I did finished my last TJ workout last night. I am very happy with my results. I lost a over 14 pounds since doing TJ. Today I am staring the Turbo Jam /Brazil Buttlift Hybrid ro
My son 's girlfriend is helping me pick the right computer today.

I did Bum Bum this morning. I decided to add JM Body Revolution to the mix. They are only around 30 min. I will see how I feel this week. I also did Phase 1 week1 workout 1.

Beautiful day today - warm and sunny, so decided to go for a run (about 2 miles) and dog walks.

Belinda - Awesome results from TJ! Great job on your wo's today! I like how you mix it up. Did you get a new computer? I know you've had problems with the old one.

Heidi - What did you get done today?

Plans for the rest of the week same as lately - alternate XTrain weight work with running. Still liking how XTrain wo's have so many different lengths.
