Morning girls,

I am up early:rolleyes: can't sleep, husband is snoring:confused::confused: I will do cardio today.Hoping to get a nap in later, I know I need one!

Belinda-I haven't heard anything but I knew she switched new positions at work and she isn't able to get on here as much anymore. I would like to know what she found out at the dr.

Belinda-I am hoping she has been on vacation all week and thats why we haven't heard from her.
 
I'm so sorry I have worried you. I'm ok. Just haven't worked out this week due to pure laziness. Doc appointment went exactly like I thought it would. I had no pain, and so she couldn't really do anything for me. I guess as long as I keep doing the foam rolling I'll be ok, that seems to really help.

She did tell me that I have to stop lifting so heavy so now I'm trying to figure out what I should do. I'll start a new rotation on Monday.

Again, sorry to worry you!
 
Debbie, so happy to hear from you girl! I am so happy you ok. Keep doing the foam roller, girl. Seems to do the trick;) Can't wait what you came up with Monday. Glad you are back! See you Monday!

This is my recovery week but I did workout today. I thought I'd check out one of Jillian Michaels new workouts and it was really good definitely sweating buckets.

Here's today's workout:

Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred W/O #1= 42 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 401
This was a coll fusion of different cardio stuff I liked it, good stuff.

Ab Hits- W/O #11 PS Legs and Abs= 7 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 48

Total calories burned= 449 ;)

That's it for me just now but I will be back for personals later. :)

Zen Sculpt done I keep thinking the calorie burn isn't that great but this is kind of a rest week.

I'm back for personals. Sorry, I didn't make it back for personals last night. I didn't workout and signed papers like crazy for our refinance on our house and let me tell you that was exhausting. Needless to say I could not type or use my right hand at all as it felt completely numb from all of that. So on with personals.....

Debbie- Yay! I was so glad to come back for personals to see you had posted. We were getting worried about you, so glad you're ok and just been resting. Its good the doctor didn't find anything wrong and great to know the foam rolling is making a big difference in relieving pain and muscle soreness for you, that's awesome! Ok, yes its a bummer that the doctor told you not to lift so heavy anymore, :( that sucks. Oh well, maybe you can strike a happy medium and compromise. Either way glad to hear your ok and that there was no issue with your shoulder. Please take care and check in, as you know we worry. Hugs to you!;):)

Roxie- Nice workout today with Ellen Barrett's Zen Sculpt, I'm familar with many of her older dvd's mainly from Crunch fitness and really liked her. I know you'll have fun and get a nice workout in the bargain. Great workout today Roxie and thanks for starting off our thread today. ;):)

Belinda- I'm sure you got a good workout in for today as well. I know that you being the workout warrior that you are I'm positive you did. WTG!!

Chris- I hope all is well with you and that your now not suffering from those darn migraine headaches and sleeping well. I'm sure your still killing it with your workouts given what you usually do, so WTG girlfriend. Take care and feel better!;) PS. try out the foam roller workout and let me know what you think. I believe P90X2 comes with one so I'm curious what you think of that.
