COMMIT TO GET FIT & LEAN FOR SEP 19,2011

Good morning. I hate being up this early, for the record ;)

I hope everyone has a great Monday. Not sure what my workout will be today. I guess it depends on my mood. TOTM has finally arrived and is in full swing, lol. Lucky me!

Back with personals:

No workouts yesterday, besides walking the dogs :( I did went shopping with Alesia yesterday. We walked for hours:p;) We had a lot of fun. Alesia and I will be walking the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure this weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) in DC. We will walk a total off 60 miles this weekend. So my plan is : get all my STS workouts in before Wednesday;) than rest for the walk. My legs are already hurting just thinking about it:eek:

Kirstin - good job with C&W yesterday. I like JM workouts a lot. JM workouts are good cal burners. You should give them a try one day. After STS I will take a few month off heavy lifting and do only her workouts. They are no walk in the parks, that's for sure! Your day yesterday sounds lovely. Glad you had fun. Enjoy whatever you workout you decited to do.

Helene - I got your mail, Thank you so much! Enjoy Monday and Tuesday off, you deserve it! BTW, JM workouts by all means are not easy, lol! They are no joke!

Cookie - did you get that dog walk in last evening? I like JM workouts a lot. After STS, I will do JM workouts, they are tough as nails!! I am losing a lot of inches. Well done, with your leg workout yesterday. How was the parade?

Belinda: Ooooh, LOTS of inches?! Do you think it's JM, or the fact that you are doing both JM AND STS? Regardless, I'm ordering. LOL. I have two weeks of CLX left and I need something for after. 60 miles is a LOT. Take your vitamins. You plan sounds fun. Say hi to Alesia!

Kristin: I hear you loud and clear! LOL. DH woke me up this morning when he got up with his alarm. Waky, Waky. I looked at him and I said: Why?! Then of course I got up and helped get the kids ready. I hope your kids behave today in class, you sound like someone I wouldn't want to mess with today. :eek:

OK, off to workout. I just still have no idea what I will do?! I will come back and post what I ended up doing......
 
Helene - I lost over 6 lb in less than 2 weeks, now you do the math? :p I have never lost that much with any rotations, no matter what I did:eek:. I add on muscles with STS, but JM is shrinking my a$$. Like I said, her workouts may look easy, but they are not. Just do one, and you see what I am talking about. You are glad when those 24 min are over:p I also got her Killer Buns, can't wait to give that one a wirl!
 
Belinda: I just found out I can get access to 30DS for free through amazon. I don't know why but I purchased the video and they gave me a discount coupon. :D :eek: :D :eek: Say goodbye to MY a$$$ LOL By the way, I have her banish the fat boost the metabolism DVD and I quite like it.

Helene - that's cool! I do enjoy her workouts;) I always thought her workouts for beginner, NOT:p
