Workout this morning was Tracey's Bootcamp metabolic conditioning workout 1 full workout. I realized that the bootcamp only on this was all 4 rnds of the workout minus finisher and tabata. It was a good workout. I almost skipped it because my ankle is achey. I think I twisted it on the 1 leg TRX lunge jumps getting in and out of the TRX fast yesterday. I will have to take care on that one from now on. I used the Urban Rebounder for some of the workout today. I burned 348 calories and workout was 40 min, max hr was 162

. Then I did Traceys Core Blast Standing and ball work segments 20 min 117 calories. Total time was 1 hr and calories burned 473.
