40s - week of 8/21/11

I finished GS Back, Bis and Shoulders and then did Turbo Jam Abs.

Mary-this dog is part lab, golden retriever and pit bull she is spoiled rotten and when they leave her with us she whines and whimpers its pathetic.

Lisa-I don't have STS was thinking maybe CLX and add more cardio this time then I normally do.
 
Roxie, do you like CLX? I haven't been able to get into those w/o's

Mary, YIKES! How many stitches? That's got to be painful! Maybe for today just a walk! Anything may get that hurting that you get heart rate up for it may make it throb.

Lisa-I like the fact that the workouts are short but I never see the results other people see.
 
Mary, sorry to hear of your injury. Maybe focus on lower body, squats, lunges and cardio for a week or so? Time to specialize in HIITs maybe? congrats to son and his race. We had a windy day on Thurs, but Fri was gorgeous sunny and hot.

Lisa, glad you are feeling more energetic, with some hard work outs under your belt, now too. Don't you love/hate to be so sore you can't walk?

I hope to finish ME today, I got about half of it in this morning. I think I have exercise ADD, I really hate to focus on wts for more than 40 min. Often, I can jump around for hours, tho.
