Today was total body and I chose STS Total Body. Had a great workout. I went up in weights but decided to skip all of the shoulder work. My right shoulder is FINALLY feeling much better and I want to keep it that way. Went light with benching, too, because that tends to irritate it. I was sweating like crazy by the time I got done. Love this workout! No abs, will do those some other time this week.


Belinda - How was the road trip? You didn't answer yesterday. Give us some details! :)

Tonite for me is suppose to be Step Blast but the temps here are suppose to reach 110 degrees so I will do KCMs TLC Boxing instead.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Workout is done! I did HiiT 30/30 plus abs! Didn't wanted to workout at all today, glad it's done! BBL!

Debbie and Roxie! The RT was awesome. We worked our butts off the entire weekend. Some people say, we burned over 2000 cal. I believe it! I was sweating my a$$ off. I kept up with all the classes, even Zumba (now that was poor fun and a sweat fest;)) Cathe and her crew are awesome and down to earth. Cathe didn't kill us, but she worked us hard.:eek: We got a little tast with the pixie cups:eek: Boy, do those burn! Can't wait to get my hands on those workouts. I am still feeling the effect from Sunday's workouts in my butt:eek::p You can find all the filming on FB. I am in another check, on the Cathe forum, we had t-shirts made from our check in and wore them for our 15 min of Fame with Cathe (we had one made for Cathe too). My DD and I got interviewed too.My DD Aleisa did the RT with me, that was a lot of fun. She is always a blast. I only wished I would have dropped another 15 lbs for the RT, didn't happend. I was doing so great in Germany, not sure what happend there either:confused::( Yesterday I starting to count my cal again, the food what's gets me every time, my workouts are great. Everyone was so nice, I met some old and new friends on the RT. I will try to get a spot next RT. It's only a 3 hour drive, maybe Alesia (DD) and I will go to a live class with Cathe in a few weeks? You all need to come next year;)
 
Hi Girls! :)

OMG, the DOMS are over my ENTIRE body today from Pure Strength 2 (Peak Fit) yesterday! I guess the week off of all workouts really rested my muscles good! :eek: . Today I did Pure Cardio (PF) and then TRIED to do Core Dynamics but #1. I can't do planks. I fell on a hike on vacation and gouged out the palms of my hands in spots. They are scabbing over, and it hurts like heck to put pressure on my hands like that! AND #2. The tight band frustrates the CRAP out of me on the 3rd segment. I can't do many of the moves WITH the band. Soooo... I did the first 5 minutes of it and then switched over to Turbo Fire Core 20, and did 15 minutes of that. I think I'm kind of "done" with Dynamic Core workout for now. I'm going to sub in other abs when it comes up for the next 4 weeks.

Belinda: NICE job on 30/30 today! And abs! ... What a fun time with your DD to go on the RT. Does she do cathe workouts too? or was this her first time? I'm sure she's seen YOU do them! I'm itching to get the new workouts too! THE dixie cup exercises are quite intriguing!

Roxie: Awesome job on your workout last night and for going up in weights! .. Wow! It's still very hot there, huh? We've been in the upper 80's, 90 the past few days. Kind of a relief from the 100's! Do you not have A/C there? I would DIE without A/C with those temps, seriously!

Debbie: Nice going on Total Body today! That moves pretty quick, doesn't it? You work up a sweat!! I think you were wise to back off on the shoulder exercises. Give them a good rest to recover. And maybe when you start back, go lighter too.

Nora: So glad to hear you love Peak Fit! It definitely is different. I decided to go with the rotation "as is". I know, i was reluctant to let up on the weights too, but was suprised to see i was actually losing weight with the rotaton "as is" !! I've had a weight loss "gain/plateau" for the last 2 or 3 YEARS! and this has broken through it for me. Amazing workout you did yesterday!

Chris-I have air my workout room has 2 vents and a ceiling fan but it is upstairs and it still gets really warm when its this hot out. Hoping tomarrow the heat will break for a while.
