I will do cardio today?

Today was total body and I did High Reps. I really like this workout, the more I do it, the more I like it. It's tough. I think the tricep work is the hardest in this one. Really gives you a huge burn.

I still need to work my abs this week. I plan to do that tomorrow.
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me is KCMs Split Sessions Lower Body some kind of abs and I really need a stretch. It suppose to be hot here again today,I tried to use that as an excuse not to workout last night and Dh said the house isn't hot so I did it.

DEBBIE-GET THOSE ABS WORKED! You can yell at me for not stretching.

I ended up doing KPC including the abs this morning. Wanted to get it out of the way, before it got to hot. Glad it's over:D

Roxie - have fun with KCM SS tonight. I have my eye on that one. Does KCM circuit burn" have a cardio premix on the DVD?
 
Debbie - ypu want me do HR, miss that one. I stay very light (5#) and my tricpes are always fried. Good job!
 
Chris - didn't mean to confuse you yesterday, lol! D2 stands for STS D2.

Belinda-that workout has about 10 different premixes on it and if I remember right one of them is a cardio mix.
