Crazy, strong and loving it for July 18, 2011

Hi and good morning,

Never got my abs in yesterday, instead DH and I took to dogs for an hour long walk.

Today I will do D1 again and abs. Yes, I will do abs first;)

Today starts Week 4 of C25K. Now I'm going to start doing this by actual distance, not time. The workout plan breaks it down into both, but I want to concentrate on actual distance now.

The longest stretch today was 2 - 1/2 mile jogs. I did them both. It alternated between 1/4 mile jogs and 1/2 mile jogs. Walk times were 1/8 mile and 1/4 mile depending on which interval you did. I did good. By the last 1/2 mile stretch my inner thigh got really tight again. WTF? I'll need to start stretching before these jogs from now on. I think that will help.

I tightened my strap on my HR monitor and it helped a lot. It only lost my HR once during this entire workout.

This rotation must be brining up my metabolism big time. I am so hungry all the time. And it seems like I can eat whatever, I seem to be leaning out pretty good with this. I'm glad! :D
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me I think will be KCMs TLC Boxing and Abs. I need to concentrate on cardio this week. I did 1 total body workout, 2 split workouts last week but not so much on cardio.

Belinda-Get those Abs worked.

Debbie-good job with your workout glad to hear you are seeing results.
 
I am done with D1 and Ab Circuit " Weights & Plates". I forgot how hard that ab workout is:eek: I have to admit, I miss a few reps on the plates abs! Oh well! Need to work up to it! I will do some yoga later!

I am sorry, for no personals lately. I am home sick,I miss Germany. I am thinking going back after the RT:eek: BBL!

Belinda - I'm sorry you miss home. Are you going back for good or to visit? I'm assuming just to visit since you bought a home out here. I didn't realize your home was actually Germany. I thought you were just out there due to your husband's military career.

Had a tough tough weekend at work. So glad it's Monday!

Today I start week 4 of Peak fit Challenge. I did a new one, Pure Strength 2. it was a LOT tougher than 1. A lot! I think I may be crying tomorrow! Lots of different moves with the band and weights too. She likes the curtsy lunge, which I used to think was my favorite. But they get me GOOD in the glute!! OW!

Belinda: Nice job on getting your abs in today AND STS!

Debbie: That's awesome you're seeing nice results from your running rotation!

Roxie: Sounds like a great plan for workouts today! Are you doing Debbie's rotation now?
