CRAZY, STRONG AND LOVING IT FOR 5/26

Today was cardio. I swear, I'm really in a rut right now. I had NO DESIRE to do anything this morning. I'm sitting there pondering how long I can get away without working out until the bad fat comes back. Isn't that horrible? I don't know, I don't get it.

I pulled myself together and did Rapid Fire, which I'm finding that I'm really sick of. I did the first shadow boxing segment and then skipped to the two kickboxing segments. Didn't give it my all and I was watching the clock to whole time. I hate that.

I really need to get out of this slump. Sorry to be suck a downer lately.
 
Hi Debbie! Hi everyone!

I have an eye appt this morning, so I did my workout already. Did FIRE 30 Class. The most intense of the TF's (excluding the HiiTs), I swear!!! GREAT sweat in 30 minutes!! I did the bonus Stability Ball Abs from B&G too. (I think my favorite ab workout from Cathe at the moment!).

Debbie: I'm sorry you're still feeling blah. That is so odd. Right? Maybe do some HiiT workouts in place of longer cardios? A 15 or 20 minute HiiT and you;re DONE. Do you run outside? I always feel SO great to run in the outdoors, the fresh air makes me feel crazy good!! I'd love to help, you sound so down about it. ... I know THIS doesn't sound your style so much, but maybe a Zumba class? i've heard those are a BLAST by MANY people. Just something fun to make you want to work out, I'm trying to think ! :)

Nora: So you loved the HiiT 30, huh? It kicks BUTT! You KICK butt! sounds like you're feeling pretty great with your workouts now!!

Roxie: Good job on subbing in TJ 20 for a walk!! Quickie, but goodie!!!

Praying they say I don't need glasses. But I feel blind as a bat most of the time. Ugh. Getting old. Ugh ugh ugh!!
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me is KCM Split Sessions Lower Body and some kind of abs have to be standing still fighting dizziness. Youngest DD is going to be moving back home because so is breaking up with BF. He has a child that my DD takes care of in the afternoons while he is at work and he gets mad at her for disciplining him hes 2. His mom lives in Oregon so he comes back and stays for a while and his dad pays very little attention to him so he acts out.

Debbie-I am so sorry to hear about your lack of motivation to workout I wish there was some way I could help you are such an inspiration to me.

Chris-I should be able to go for a walk later with the dog tonite in much cooler temps so maybe he can handle it better.
 
Thanks Chris and Roxie! I'm hoping I'll get out of this, at least I'm working out. I wish I knew what was going on. Plus it seems like every time I eat protein powder anymore I get a terrible stomach ache. It's like my healthy lifestyle is rebelling against me. :(

Debbie-are you lactose intolerant? I don't know if you mix it with milk but that could be the problem.

Whoa, still battling low right back pain. I wonder if its my IT band, any way its so not fun but applying heat and moving around and working out helps but once again in the morning its tearfully painful in the mornings for about the first three hours. I'm hangin' in there.
