Good morning,

Today is D16 (CST):D

It's still snowing in Germany:confused: what is up with that? It started snowing again this weekend....I can't stand this winter anymore:mad: I need some sunshine! To top things off, it's freezing cold too:mad::mad: I was hoping by the end of Feb, I could run outside. I will be running in the gym! Sorry, for venting!

Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Monday.

Did 2 sets/18 reps with each superset. 1 minute rest between each set.

Workout went quick.

Then I did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. Felt good to stretch. Love this stretch workout.

I'm off today because I have to do invoicing on Friday. So I'm going to enjoy a quiet day with a pellet stove fire and reading.

Belinda - It's snowing and we got ice last night here too. It's ridiculous. I'm so over this winter, I wish it would just go away already.

Chris - I'll be 45 at the end of March. :eek:

Tonite for me is Ellen Barrets Zen Sculpt. I am really going to try this week to get up in the mornings to workout but it is only suppose to reach 35 today and yesterday it was 70.

Debbie-congrats on the wt. and inches lost good job on the workout.

Belinda-good job with your workout and I hear you on winter.
 
Hi Girls!

Rare Monday post for me, usually I'm too crazy from working overnights Sat and Sunday! I got "cancelled" last night 11-7 (too many nurses, not enough patients, I got vacation time!) and got to sleep instead of work all night! Got up a little late, but had the majority of the day for myself (and my boys)

Today is Week #3 of the Oct 08 Rotation. It was SUPPOSED to be a 45 minute run, which I would LOVED to do, but weather isn't cooperating. Instead I did Turbo Fire 55 EZ, and had a TON of fun! I also did B&G Abs (not the ball)...great ab work!!!

Belinda: I hear ya on the snow! We got about 3 inches early this morning. Ick. I'm sick of it big time!!!

Debbie: NICE weight work today, as usual. You don't "seem" 45, Debbie! I guess it's how young as you feel. I'm going to be 48 in May :confused:, but i do feel about 38 (or less!).

Roxie: Sounds like a fun workout! did you decide on a rotation?

*waves* to the rest of the bunch!!

Chris-this week I am going to do all Ellen Barrett then starting next month Debbies Dec 08 Rotation. I want to do 2 workouts a day if I can get up in the mornings.

I just finished today's workout. I started a new rotation its an Insanity and P90X Hybrid mix, plus I added in kettlebells to the mix for extra cardio/circuit training.

Here's today's workout:

Paul Katami- Kettlebell Drills-Kettlebell Workout= 35 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 311

P90X Chest & Back= 53 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 434

P90X Ab Ripper X= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Total calories burned= 854;)

Chris - at least you got to sleep in, good for you! I got to get those workouts one of those day, you having way to much fun with TF!

Belinda- I found this link you may like http://www.beachbody.com/category/p90x-online/worksheets.do it has rotations and hybrid rotations for Insanity, P90X, Turbo Fire, and P90X+ so if you have any of those that is another rotation option. I'm doing the Insanity& P90X Hybrid Rotation. I can understand how tired you are of the snow, and are ready for Spring to get here already with the sun and warmer temps. I don't blame you. I must confess that where I am in Oregon in the states the snow stays mainly in the mountains not so much in the valley where I am at. We will get anywhere from 2 to 6 inches of snow that maybe happens maybe a week usually less than that a year. Its sort of funny because people will panic and rush out for snow tires and go a bit crazy at the grocery stores stocking up like they'll be snowed in for the winter. LOL!! Driving in snow and ice is something that people here aren't so great at, me included so I try to avoid driving in those conditions. Keep warm and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you hoping you'll get some sun and warmer temps soon. Excellent STS D15 Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's workout for you today, wow you just blow me away with the weights you lift girl, way to rock the workouts there, Bravo!!!:cool::)

Debbie- Nice workout today with Totalbody Supersets. I like the rotation your doing. Enjoy your day off and the wood pellet stove. I love wood heat, can't beat it. Its so relaxing and cozy. Congrats on you weightloss you mentioned. I hope its contagious and I get it next, LOL!!! Great workout as usual, ^^^5's.

Roxie- Yay, for Ellen Barrets Zen Sculpt. I don't have that one but I have some of her Crunch pilates workouts and they are great. I know you'll have a good workout with Ellen so enjoy your workout with Ellen. Gees, I'm so over this cold weather as are a lot of people. Please keep warm, and remember the groundhog says it should be an early spring, so hang in there. ;)

Chris- Yay for having an unexpected cancelled overnight and making up for some much needed sleep. I hope you savored all the sleep you could. Sorry, that the weather is not cooperating for running, that sucks. But on the brighter side, you did Turbo Fire 55EZ, and I know that is ton's of fun, nothing like the FIYAH to brighten your day and Butts and Guts floor abs, which is absolutely killer, WTG on rockin' your workout today!:D:cool: Oh, I have a link for beachbody rotations, and hybrids for Turbo Fire, P90X, P90X+, and Insanity.
