I got an email yesterday with workout tips from Mike Geary (I get his newsletter) and he says he's been using a weighted vest on hikes and body weight workouts. He mentioned plyo pushups (ha... I'll pass thanks) and jump lunges and squats. Says he's getting great results. I don't have the vest yet, but am thinking of getting one and thought it might be fun to try it on the plyo workout. I suppose you can just take it off if it's too much.
I never get DOMS, except when I haven't worked out for a long time. Then once I've been back into it for a week or so, I don't get it anymore.
