Can anyone explain to me why all of a sudden I am craving and eating anything sweet TTOM doesn't start for another 2 weeks?
Maybe you ate something that triggered the reaction? Have you eaten more bad carbs then you usually do? Sometimes that triggers cravings. Or maybe you're not eating enough during the day?
Roxie - Maybe not enough protein either (coupled with bad carbs)? Gotta get those healthy snacks in there!!
Ugh, as the day wears on, my motivation to hit the gym/weights is waning big time! I think I can I think I can....![]()
I have been drinking alot of diet soda lately, I said I would give it up or cut down on it as a resolution but it has only increased and I just read somewhere that this makes you crave sweets more. DD and her DH are coming over tonite to play wii fix us supper and play pool so much for my workout this is why I need to get it done in the mornings.
Oh I hear ya on getting it done in the morning. If I could come into work later it'd be so much easier, or if I could take a long lunch all the time and just stay a little later. Just feel guilty doing that and also a bit rushed.
You need to hit the gym tonite, if you will do that I will only drink 1 pop tomarrow. I don't have to be to work until 9 but I still need time to get ready and I only get 30 mins for lunch guess I could walk around the mall.
