My workout is done. I did Cathe's Low Impact Circuit cardio and upper body circuit premix 1 hr 6 minutes. and burned 476 calories. Max HR was 153. Then I did Kelly Coffey's 30 minutes to fitness weights workout 2, biceps, triceps and shoulders and burned 186 calories in 27 minutes no w/up. I followed with Shock Cardio Step moves combo 1 9 minutes and burned 72 calories( I want to learn the moves for eacch combo so this will move faster) Then I did Tracey's Yoga Solutions post lower body weights 25 minutes and burned 65 calories. Total time spent was 2 hrs an 7 minutes, calories burned wa 799, Max hr was 153. I ordered new workout shoes last night. I think the last Brooks I bought are not good. I bought them this last summer. I can see that my feet are moving over to the outside of the shoes and noticed when running that the right foot felt like there were indentations in th bottom of the shoe. I ordered Nike's this time. I sure hope they are better. I think the poor shoes has not been good for my knees either.
