Today for me is some kind of yoga and then I still want to do Imax 3 step only. My goal this week is to really clean up my eating so I plan on posting my meals again this week want to look good for Turkey day.

Today is my rest day. I'm glad, I need it. Very sore from the workouts yesterday and Friday.

Wanted to answer this for Nora:

Debbie- Great workout for you today, you really are enjoying the P90X so far. Did you buy it or just trying it out on Netflcks? I'm wondering what you think about it overall so far with regards to P90X? Would you recommend it? How does it compare to Cathe's type of workouts? Sorry, you've just got me thinking I might need to save up and get this. I'm such a workout DVD junkie.:eek::p:D Do you think the weight training form is good on the workout? I know you really know your stuff so I can count on you for noting that. You know I love Kickboxing, do you think I'd like the KenpoX? Sorry for all the questions, just really thinking about this one. Have a great weekend;):)

Let's just say I have the workouts. No I didn't buy them. And yes, I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to lean out. From what I see and have done, it's not really a muscle building rotation. More for leaning out. The form is pretty good for the most part in it. Tony always gives good instructions on how to keep good form. Some movements are a bit too fast for me, but I just slow them down. No sense in getting hurt. I'm sure the cardio workouts would fit in good with STS. And STS cannot be beat, that rotation is still the best I've done to date, but this one is fun and I already am seeing results.
 
Hi ladies. I did disc 8, back and triceps, today. I also did about 40 mins of Imax 3.

Waiting on my dad, step-mom, and sis to get here. We'll go out to eat and visit a bit before they pack up the beds and some other misc. furniture and head out. Not really wanting to eat out again. Ate with my mom on Friday, last night we went out for pizza, and then again today. I never eat out like this so I'm starting to feel a little blah from it. Oh well, it's my bday weekend so I can just get back on track tomorrow.

Debbie - I'm glad you answered Nora's questions. I have been curious about P90X as well so it's nice to get a very valued opinion on the type of workout, etc. Especially comparing it to STS. Helps give some perspective. Hope you're enjoying your rest day!

Roxie - what's shimmy?? sounds interesting. I'm imaging some sort of shimmy shake dancing!

Heather-its belly dancing if you have fittv you can watch it on there. DH bought me season 1 its 2 discs I really haven't taken the time to work with these so I thought I would try alittle everyday and I might be able to learn it. It takes alot of ab strength and coordination.
