Sorry to be MIA over the weekend, I had a mostly non-computer weekend. I had a nice visit with my parents on Saturday; my mom was very chipper and quite chatty, it was nice to see her feeling good. She was very happy to see me, as she always is, so it makes the day worth it. She's such a sweetie.
And, guess what? I finally worked out again yesterday! Okay, it was just 45 minutes from Body Blast Timesaver, but it was something. And my plan is to do all 5 of those work outs this week. Kind of ease back in. I have tap tonight, so no work out, but I'll do the rest on Tues, Wed, Thu, Fri. My plan is to do these work outs for 2-3 weeks, then move up to CTX, then the real Body Blast and then wing it from there. My abs were a tiny bit sore this morning, but not too bad. The abs yesterday were from KPC. For such a short work out, that one is killer, but I could still do the pikes. Not as beautiful as before, but I'll get back there.
Klaudia, I'm so sorry Milla is sick! Please tell her I hope she feels better soon, if she still remembers me.
Becky, it sounds like everyone is on the mend, that is good news. Do you know what you did to your back? One day I turned my head in the shower and just pulled something in my neck; it was awful! But eventually it got better. I'm pretty sure that was caused by stess...
Robin, I love Jr Mints. I heard someone say they like to get them at the movies and pour them into the popcorn so the chocolate gets all melty....wait, I don't need any ideas on pigging out at the movies.
Nina, I think it's great that you're getting your kids to swim at a young age. It's such a great way to exercise that has no impact. I know you love running, but swimming is the other sport that got me in the best shape of my life. I used to train with a Master's group. Maybe I should go back to that. Oh, wait, I tap now, that's right!
