I read the article Cycling YOur Carbs in the NOvember issue of Oxygen magazine (sorry couldn't find a link) Has anyone ever tried this?
I am going to do the 3 - day cycle first then maybe go for the week long cycle. I do have some questions though.
1 - On the low carb day should I also take a fiber supplement? That would be today & my fiber intake will only be 22.5 grams, I usually hit at least 35 grams per day.
2 - Should you try & coincide a certain day (lo/moderate/high) with your workouts, weights vs cardio?
3 - How long can you commit to this practice? Is it ok to constantly stick with the week long plan?
