Finished yesterday with a 21 min run walk-3 min run, 1.5 min walk x5. I also did a 7 min jump rope wu for a total calorie burn of 522 (total cal burn yesterday was 803). I finished with stability ball abs for sts. Today is p90x plyo....I really like this workout.

Morning Maniacs -

I work another open to close today. I didn't feel like getting out of bed or working out, but I forced myself. I did Weight Loss Cardio Kick Sculpt with Violet Zaki and part of Amy's 5 Day Fix 10" Sol DVD. Workout was 64" and I burned 574 calories.

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #7. Had a pretty good workout but my endurance sucked today. Tomorrow starts Meso 2 so I'm looking forward to that.

I started out my workout doing 100 Kettlebell Swings then did STS Meso 1 disc 11 back and biceps. I then did 4DSplit High Intensity Step cardio prmix, followed this with STS extended stretch and Tracey's yoga solutions w/up and standing which was led by Josef for another 19 minutes of yoga. Total calories burned today was 730 50% fat. This was my last disc for Meso 1. I did them out of order:) Tomorrow may be a brief treadmill run as I have to be out the door by 6:30.

This morning I did Kimberly Spreen's Absolute Kickbox and my shoulders really felt the two back to back KB workouts. Workout was 1:08 minutes and I burned 420 calories.

Debbie, I have thought about starting a P90X rotation, when are your starting this? Do you have the Insanity series?

I still have 8 weeks of STS to complete, then I thought I'd tackle P90X depending on how I feel by the end of STS.

No, I don't have Insanity. I could not take all that high intensity stuff. My joints can't handle that anymore.
