I'm an occupational therapist that treats hand injuries only. I can't really diagnosis you without examing your hand. The symptoms don't sound like carpal tunnel which is median nerve compression. You would more likely have numbness in your thumb, index, middle finger tips with carpal tunnel.
It sounds more like an ulnar nerve compression which would cause numbness along the pinky side of the forearm/hand and into the little finger and maybe part of the ring finger. It is most likely caused by too much elbow flexion, try position a pillow on your elbow at night too keep your elbow straight. Maybe don't flex your elbow as much during bicep curls, ice your elbow (down where you hit your"funny" bone) after your workout even if that isn't where the pain is.
HTH.
